Terms of Service
1. Access
Seradesk may open access gradually. We may contact you using the details you provide to manage access, availability, and service communications.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information, answers, and documents you provide. You must make sure they are accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.
You remain responsible for official forms, fees, appointments, final answers, and final submission. Seradesk does not issue visas or control official decisions.
3. Documents
You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide. You allow Seradesk to store, process, display, and review them as needed to provide the service and comply with law.
4. Accounts
If account access is made available, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
5. Payments
If paid services are offered, the package, price, currency, taxes, refund terms, and limits will be shown before checkout. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
6. Changes
We may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of Seradesk. We may also update features, packages, prices, route availability, and eligibility rules.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seradesk is not responsible for official decisions, user-submitted errors, third-party services, or outcomes outside our control.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data protection laws.
