Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Seradesk, operated under Nanofide, a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. By requesting access to, starting, or using Seradesk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service availability

Seradesk may open access gradually and may only support certain application countries, destinations, visa types, timelines, or case types. We may contact you using the details you provide to manage access, availability, and service communications.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the facts, answers, and documents you provide. You must make sure they are accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any application details, worksheet answers, review notes, or summaries before using them for an official application.

You remain responsible for official forms, payments, appointments, final answers, and final submission.

3. Application information and documents

You keep ownership of the information, worksheet answers, documents, and other materials you provide. You allow Seradesk to store, process, display, and review them as needed to provide the service, communicate with you, maintain records, and comply with law.

4. Accounts

If account access is made available, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

5. Payments

If paid services are offered, the package, price, currency, taxes, refund terms, and limits will be shown before checkout. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

6. Changes

We may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of Seradesk. We may also update features, supported application countries, destinations, visa types, packages, prices, availability, and service limits.

7. Limits of the service

Visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant authority. Seradesk is not responsible for official decisions, delays by third parties, user-submitted errors, or outcomes outside our control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data protection laws.
