We collect information you provide to Seradesk, including your name, email address, optional phone number, selected package, application country, visa type, main destination, number of applicants, intended travel date, appointment date if provided, application details, worksheet answers, documents, evidence, messages, and other materials you ask us to review or help prepare.
We also create basic service records, such as package requests, review status, reviewer comments, payment records when available, and records created by our hosting, security, and support tools.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to manage access and package requests, assess whether Seradesk can support your application type or timeline, deliver the package you select, review application details and documents, support worksheet-based preparation, respond to requests, send service communications, process payments when available, protect the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share personal information with service providers that help us host, store, secure, support, communicate, process payments, and operate Seradesk. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Seradesk, manage access and package requests, deliver review or preparation support, respond to requests, comply with law, resolve issues, and maintain business records.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also opt out of non-essential communications.
